Management Team
The Mile High Music Patrol is owned and operated by Michael Collins and his wife Diana. The company originally started as “D&D Entertainment” in Orlando, Florida nearly fifteen years ago. It was relocated to Denver, Colorado in late 1997 and became the Mile High Music Patrol soon thereafter.
Both Michael & Diana are heavily involved with the Mile High Music Patrol as both owners as well as disc jockeys. Michael’s background includes more than 25 years as a radio and television broadcast personality. For much of the last decade, Michael worked as an on air personality at Denver’s MIX 100 FM. Currently, he hosts a weekend radio show heard nationwide via satellite on Jones Radio Networks. Prior to coming to Denver in the late 90’s, Michael hosted a top-rated evening radio program in Orlando, Florida. Michael also worked as a television sports anchor/reporter for an NBC affiliate in North Dakota in the late 80’s and early 90’s.
Diana Collins began her career as a “voice over” artist in Florida in the early 90’s. She appeared in numerous radio commercials throughout central Florida and began her DJ career in 1993. Currently, Diana hosts more than 30 events per year with the Mile High Music Patrol and is consistently requested for return engagements. Her involvement includes not only being a DJ but Vice President of Operations as well.
Michael and Diana currently reside in Aurora, Colorado and have three daughters.
